About the Department
Manufacturing IT is the unit responsible for many Global IT systems in Novo Nordisk including the operations, maintenance, support, and development of these systems. The systems are used on a global scale across business areas and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as manufacturing, supply chain, etc.
The Position
As a System Manager, you will be responsible for:
You will also be responsible for taking care of Project management activities and working on Client and Server- side patch Management, communicating and collaborating closely with the key stakeholders including follow-up on vendor deliverables and service according to agreements and carrying out end to end release management cycle of the IT System, responsible for the operation and maintenance of several critical IT systems located and used in different departments.Managing stakeholder and vendor activities.
Key Responsibilities also include (but not limited to)

- Independently driving meetings and developing the IT system strategy, Compliance management, periodic System Evaluation,



reviewing Enterprise Architecture of the system.
- documentation updates, change & release management (as a coordinator) and consultant for the services to manage an IT system.
- Responsible for GxP (GMP) critical IT systems and IT responsible for Computerized Equipment for various areas. You will be responsible for yearly System Management activities by demonstrating pro-activeness and high level of engagement. You will be handling global stakeholder and managing external vendors taking active participation in the System Management forums, Change and Release management forums.
- Ensuring availability of IT infrastructure of the system and business continuity taking care of major Incident and disaster recovery
- The role expects hands on experience in compliance and audit along with Global stakeholder and vendor management with excellent communication skills and a team player.

Qualifications

- You hold a bachelors' or master's degree in technical field with 8-12 years of experience working in Computer Systems Validation (CSV). IT system exposure used in pharmaceutical industry or regulated production process.
- 5+ years of experience in Application management or system management activities along with good exposure with GMP, ITIL (Change management or incident management or problem management) and GAMP 5.
- The role expects hands on experience in compliance and audit along with Global stakeholder and vendor management with excellent communication skills and a team player.




- You will be having an appetite for solving complex business problems to reach feasible applicable solutions along with strong quality mindset and analytical approach to challenges.
- Knowledge or experience in ServiceNow, ITIL, PCS, PLS will be added advantage along with agile mindset.
- The role expects proactive and good communication with global stakeholder and vendor management skills thereby understanding and conveying complex information to varying audience and ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
- Excellent communication skills - written and oral in English.
