Service APAC - Service IND - Planning & Resource pool

Customer Service Department handles Post-sales Service Operations to meet the contractual obligations with customers.

Responsibilities

- Perform the commissioning activities as per the schedule. Execute reliability tests on WTGs as per Contractual requirements.
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks according to the agreement, as well as carrying out a diversity of check-ups, repairs, and replacement activities of turbine components
- Ensure Vestas health and safety procedures and quality requirements are followed.
- Filling out work orders and checklists, confirming completed orders including proposals for the optimization of processes
- Responsibility of the service vehicle, warehouse, and order of material, tools, and spare parts
- Replacement of main components according to current rules or work instructions, if necessary,



making use of internal or external cranes
- Document the work is done indicating consumption of spares/ consumables, list further actions along with targeted completion dates.
- Ensuring on-time return of unused and defective materials and tools with correct declaration and correct packaging

Qualifications

- Diploma / BE in electrical/electronics
- 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in O&M;

Competencies

- Ability to read, comprehend and write English as well as the regional language
- Ability to effectively participate in all training courses
- Ability to climb a wind turbine and perform tough physical work in heights as well as in various weather conditions
- Open to travel and work other sites when required
