Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Collateral Filings- Loan and Lease Administration and reporting
This position offers of visibility with Senior Client Stakeholders and requires skills and the ability to adapt to different client situations/scenarios and provide quick solutions. Requires a passionate individual who can gain a big picture view of a company&rsquos; loan and lease servicing operations and make contributions in the areas of loan account administration and lien and tax filings by providing standard process improvements and robust control points in these areas. Solid understanding of loan/leases and key controls and reporting principles is required. The individual should have worked in one of more of the following industries - Banking financial services, financial units of manufacturing services, independent asset finance companies, lien filing service providers.
We are looking for a graduate with prior experience in financial services and should have advised a team of 50 people.
Knowledge and prior experience of lien and tax filings will be an added advantage.
In this role,



you will be encouraged to work on deadlines, in a business environment and the role will need you to display of thought leadership and provide strategic directions to your team.
Prior Loan and lease servicing Operations experience with driving transformation / projects experience will be preferred. In this role, you will lead a team who will be engaged in filing UCC/Fixtures and tax filings in States and Counties
Responsibilities

- Ensure all activities per scope in client are completed within and with expected accuracy levels by the team.

- Ensure a proper escalation framework to ensure workflows are completed on time by team and exceptions are handled diligently.

- Devise and implement strong control points especially for processes that has direct end customer impact or where client funds are being handled.

- Solid documentation framework for client meeting minutes, policy updates etc

- Review & Approval of change in policy and procedures

- Robust knowledge management framework - and process flow well documented and regularly validated and updated.

- Solid framework for process errors documentation, analysis, and corrective actions

- Well-grounded employee assessment and incentive framework

- Liaise with other leaders in the loan and lease servicing to gain of end-to-end value chain and create holistic solution for end-to-end reporting of lien and tax filings reporting.

- Contribute as operations leader in creating a technology reporting tool solution that is being built for lien filings process,

- Responsible for designing and delivery of standardized reporting framework to client and internal stakeholders.

- Client relationship management and proactively solving for client issues and challenges.

- Solid capacity planning framework to ensure timely hiring and training for seamless and surprise free operations delivery.





- Ability to give strategic directions to team to solve for complex issues and exceptions and for a technology led solution where needed.

- Ability to critically analyse provided by team on issues and guide on potential solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

- Minimum Bachelor&rsquos; Degree - B. Com, M.COM/MBA

- Work experience in , R2R, Controllership, invoice to cash

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions.

Preferred qualifications

. Expert in collateral filing/tax filing processes

. Loan/lease servicing platform experience

. Proficient in Office applications, especially in MS excel
