Engineering & Business Services Center Engineering NDT
NDT Department is part of Engineering and Business Service Center (EBSC), Chennai. This department is responsible for ensuring NDT Evaluation and Quality of Towers and Blades which is produced in various factories
Responsibilities
- Adherence to Vestas Safety Culture and Values
- Prepare NDT inspection report for internal and supplier inspections
- Prepare & Share Weekly / Monthly SLA report to NDT Team & Stakeholders
- Document & support change management for PII revisions, One P's & other Factory changes
- Create/ update CIM & Adhoc Tasks Performance
- Document and Support in Maintaining NDT Personnel qualification records & Trainings
- Prepare & Share Facility requirements of Team for 24/7 Business support
- Act as the point of contact between the NDT Team and internal/external stakeholder
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Take dictation and minutes and share it with the required team
- Create reports, presentations and briefs whenever required
- Develop and carry out an effective documentation and filing system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's (Any Degree)
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of working experience in any domain
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Documentation
Competencies
- Requires Good Business understanding
- Fluent in English (Oral & Written)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office for reporting & presenting day to day activities
- Working knowledge in SAP
- Ability to work under pressure & get things done with quality & quick
- Ability in being a good team player
- Possess good analytical skills with methodological approach
