Job Description

We have an opportunity for an Risk Analyst to join our diverse team.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
. Monitoring customer accounts, maintaining customer financial and credit data
. Analyzing financial information such as Balance Sheet, Income Statements and Cash Flow Statements
. Perform credit analysis and risk assessment for existing and current customers. Regular and ad hoc creditworthiness assessment of customers to support approval of credit limits
. Information search, its analysis and subsequent recognition of key factors for decision making
. Seeking consensus with sales and other stakeholders on made proposals
. Monitoring of customers with high credit exposures and high-risk profile
. Improvement of credit risk management processes, development of tools and credit management awareness within the organization
. Support other credit management tasks (disputed and open items related to quality, shipping, pricing, monitoring customer accounts, etc.) assist in collection activity
. Monitor and release credit blocked orders
. Closely monitor developments related to regulatory, Industry, track external ratings changes, and prepare notes on the same
. Liaising with the business sales team and customers for obtaining information required for credit reviews
. Managing customer portfolio and credit exposure
. Participate in process improvements, projects and support other management directives as prescribed
. Provide timely reports/information to internal/external stakeholders. Networking with key stakeholders
.



Apply his/her technical knowledge to reduce manual intervention and automate the routine jobs.

Background & Skills

Educational Qualification:
. Bachelor and master's degree in accounting /finance
. Additional qualification (e.g., Diploma, certificate courses) in the following fields will be added advantage:
. Accounting/Financial Analysis
. Credit Risk Assessments
Experience:
. 5 Years of work experience in credit risk analysis in SSC/manufacturing industry is desired
. Must be able to read/assesses financial statements and be able to build credit models based on the requirements
. Credit & Financial analysis background.
. Strong Communication Skills with the ability to deal tactfully, confidently, and ethically with both internal and external customers required.
. Candidate should be flexible to work in shifts if required. - this role is required to work in 4am shift.
. SAP Hana - ERP knowledge and experience is a must.
. Good MS Office knowledge is a requirement (PowerPoint, Word, Excel tools)
