Job Role:
- Diploma/Engineering with having 10+ years of experience.
- Oversee plant Quality activities
- Effective Root cause analysis on Rejection & Handling of customer Complaints
- Regular Monitoring of Lab Equipment Calibration and TSEC Certificates
- Customer Inspections & Audits
- Over all responsible for the quality activity (Inspection, In-process & Final inspection).
- Co-ordination with Production & Dispatch team
- Co-ordination with Marketing Department for Inspection Related Activity and dispatch priority
- Compliance to Technical team on Testing parameters and up-gradation of RM , Testing parameters
- Current Cable TSEC and co-ordinate with 3rd party (Like Government, Railway and others)
- ERP entries , Raw Material Testing , In-Process inspection , FG inspections & Dispatch activity
- Customer Inspections and Handling of customer complaints
- Internal and external Audits (Related with ISO and others)
- Monthly analysis of Raw Material Consumption with respect to BOM and Fault analysis.
