Job description

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Should be a Bachelors degree or Masters Degree. Good computer skills like MS-EXCEL, MS-WORD and MS-OUTLOOK. Languages- Hindi and English. SKILLS Should have good communication skills, both verbal and written. Should be able to communicate clearly and effectively while reporting. RESPONSIBILITIES Should be efficient to check the incoming Quality control and regulatory compliance. Should be able to set the quality check parameter and complete documentation. The Compliance and Quality Engineer will be responsible for issues of quality and regulatory compliance. Should be able to review statistical data from production lines to identify the problems. Should be able to analyze data and recommend changes to production processes or quality controls to eliminate the problem. Should be able to develop and monitor continuous improvement programs,



aiming to reduce the number of defects and improve the quality. Determining, negotiating and agreeing on in-house quality procedures, standards and specifications. Inspect, test and sample materials, parts or products for any defects or deviations from specifications. Discard everything that does not meet the company standards. Should be able to observe production operations and equipment to ensure that specifications are being met and to make or order necessary adjustments to processes or assemblies. Experience with measuring tools is required. Develop test methods for quality evaluation and validation. Support effectively to technical and resource needs of the team. EXPERIENCE Must have a good experience working in a Research and Development Lab. Previous experience in carrying out the duties and responsibilities of a quality check and control executive. Proven experience working within a company setting.
