Job description

My Role & ResponsibilityDaily Duties ( Please list down the main daily duties/activities).DescriptionReporting to GM Operations.Responsible for all production related responsibility.Responsible for maximum CU and production efficiency of all machineManpower controlling staff and workers.Ensuring and monitoring daily production process of all deptt. FRP, Rework, Tape, Flex,LFT.Coordination with other departments for smooth functioning of production process.Analysing and monitoring data collection and record keeping of all formats i.e. production sheet,



material requisition etc used for daily production activitiesReviewing and Analysing non-conformance product produced during production and take corrective actions.Responsible for daily and monthly production target achievement.Responsible for monthly MIS reports, process audits, customers visits, ISO documentations.Responsible for daily ppc plan achievement of all deptt.Ensuring that all the CAPA of non-conformities found are implemented and maintained.Conducting and reviewing daily production meeting and training of sub ordinated.Responsible for productivity enhancement through continues improvement.Responsible for safety of all concern employees and 5s of allotted zones..
