Main Accountabilities

Planning and carrying out product discovery sessions to build a product backlog, estimate the work, and plan incremental releases.

Ensuring team deliverables in increments are on time by managing risks and maximizing learning while building software and hardware

Creating alignment with the team and stakeholders, product managers, around common product feature goals

Participate in the definition and breakdown of market opportunities (business and technical epics) to features and user stories

Accountable for the quality, with the authority to accept or reject deliverables from teams based on 'acceptance criteria' and 'definition of done'

Participate in the sprint planning meetings to break down user stories to tasks

Ensures the team is committed to the scope and priorities before the sprint starts

Prepare and conduct increment planning and demos

Prioritize and include L4 support cases in the backlog together with product management

Analyze, prioritize and manage change requests to closure
-
Initiate maintenance of released products (service packs, roll-ups, temporary corrections, etc.)

Ensure hardware components meets goals on quality, cost and yield with manufacturing

Challenges
Knowledge, Skills and Experience

The ideal candidate should be a bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with 7+ years of experience in Windows application development.

Experience in handling customer cases

Should have Experience in industrial Automation Domain.

Knowledge of OPC is desirable.

Knowledge of OPC AEOPC DAOPC UA.

Should have experience in drafting requirements.

Should have experience on Agile practices.
