Responsibilities

- Align with Product and Sales teams on strategy and messaging.
- Write content to educate internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits
- Create content to convey the benefits of our products to various audiences in sales enablement and other documents, product videos, blog posts, email campaigns, and the website
- Support the go-to-market plan with relevant product content creation.
- Measure and optimize the buyer journey as it relates to product feature adoption and usage




- Speak and present both internally and externally to promote the story of our product.
- Research assigned topics and write articles as a subject-matter expert, conducting interviews and obtaining quotes as needed.
- Participate in a weekly meeting with the marketing team and others as needed.
- Assist with writing/content requests as directed.

Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of experience in product marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well in a collaborative, cross-team capacity, and also independently.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability and performance/metrics-driven thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and add value immediately in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with extremely good follow-up.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic knowledge of SEO content, Google Analytics.
