SymphonyAI is looking for a Procurement Manager based out of India to manage global procurement. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external service providers to ensure timely and effective procurement.

Responsibilities:

Procurement Operations

- Responsibility for supplier due diligence and on boarding/maintenance of suppliers into SymphonyAI ERP
- Creating purchase orders and engaging with suppliers in relation to orders.
- Working with Finance and accounts payable in relation to supplier payments, including issue management
- Utilising and extracting data from ERP in order to create routine reports and analysing spend; commitments; payments; payment terms; etc.
- Support Procurement leads and Legal teams in the development of group procurement standards, including, policies; templates; contracts; processes; governance.

Sourcing and Contracting

- Create, lead, execute,



and negotiate RFI/RFQ/RFP processes; run e-auctions, and sole source negotiations with Suppliers.
- Undertake market scan and assessments to identify competition and potential sources of supply.
- Work as a generalist across a wide number of spend category areas.

Contract Management

- Support the business, Procurement, finance and legal leads through the implementation of a group wide contract management system
- PMO responsibility regarding key dates associated with contracts, to ensure the pro-active action on SAI contract obligations (i.e. service credit and SLA monitoring; renewals management; etc)
- Proactively negotiate and agree contract renewals.

Opportunity Management

- Creating, modifying and maintaining key MI/BI reports to identify opportunity for cost savings and cash flow improvements, across specific SAI businesses or SAI group.
- Support Procurement lead(s) in SAI businesses / group to convert opportunities through go-to-market activities; negotiations and projects.

Relevant Skills

- Commercial judgement: for spend category areas, ability to learn and develop to work across IT, Marketing, HR, expenditure, in order to understand commercial risks and opportunities associated with the goods and services procured.




- Good understanding of basic contract terms and conditions.

Relevant Experience and qualifications

- 5-7 years in a relevant procurement role.
- Degree qualified
- MCIPS or Contract Management qualifications or accreditations not essential, but desirable.
