Responsibilities:
1. Planning, directing, and coordinating customers' new product or process development programs
2. Provide engineering support for all activities in product development process.
3. Prepare project timelines and identify all resources requirement and evaluate financials for manufacturing processes.
4. Monitor status of all new products and ensure effective execution of projects according to required policies, procedures and government regulations.
5. Prepare plans for all NPI projects and coordinate with all stakeholders and ensure good quality product.
6. Coordinate with engineering and product management departments and develop and implement Manufacturing Plan for products.
7. Assist Manufacturing department and manage communication across all departments.
8. Develop product test plans and perform production test according manufacturing process instructions.
9. Analyze and recommend corrective action in case of any design failure.
10.



Coordinate with senior management and maintain knowledge on product status and prepare appropriate reports.
11. Working on Production Planning Approval Process (PPAP), Process Flow Charts, QC Plan, CTQ (Critical to Quality) check points
