Experience
. Should have more than 4 -10 years of experience
. Experience working in either manufacturing and/or service industry
. They should have independently managed assignments as team leads or project leads
. Should haveparticipated or led cutover activities for an implementation assignment
including data load and reconciliation.
. They should have implementation experience (they should have done blueprinting
exercise, should have lead workshops and discussions with the client, they should be
hands on with the system)
