Job Description

. Develop the manufacturing process with BPS concepts
. Analyze & provide the capacity as per business plan
. Develop robust manufacturing process to meet the customer & quality
demand
. Planning & providing the required capacity by means of new
equipment, process improvements
. Support production for all the improvement activities related to Q/C/D
. Plan & implement the BPS concept in the value stream.

Coordinate with other value streams & other departments, IPN &
Manufacturing Networks to learn from best
. Documentation - PFMEA , Process Flow , Control plan , Work
instruction

Qualifications

- BE mechanical/ Automobile / production
- 4-8 years of experience in manufacturing planning for automotive industry
