What this job involves:

- Cafeteria & Pantry - Hygiene & Sanitation:
- . Must ensure the pantry, dining area, service area, dishwashing area, kitchens, back area, storage area, receiving area maintained with high sanitary levels and all the hygiene practices followed.
- . Must keep a vigil on the cleanliness of equipment's and the utensils by the service vendors and the chemicals used.
- . Ensure the tables and chairs were cleaned thoroughly after each service periods and frequent sanitation and wiping during service periods.
- . Ensure the food served is meeting the quantity and quality requirements on times as designed by the company.
- . Co-ordinate with the Housekeeping department and the Pest controller to have a pest free environment.
- . Ensure the restrooms are hygienically maintained.
- . Check the expiry, manufactured date of the food and beverage items.
- . Closely work with the Cognizant administration and Food & Beverage Manager to have random audit on quality and hygiene levels.
- . Assisting in complying with OSHAS / ISO / Govt regulations to get quarterly food quality audits.
- . Ensure foods are prepared, served in a hygiene condition.
- . Ensure vendor's food vehicle should comply hygiene and statutory norms

- Tracking of daily count on pantry and cafeteria service
- Tracking of feedbacks and suggestions from associated and actions towards closing of genuine feedbacks.
- Monthly reports of consumptions, vendors deliverables, status of kitchen equipment's / facility
- Disposal of food waste.
- Assisting admin for validation of monthly billing of vendors.
- Kitchen temperature recording.

Vendor Management

- Management of contract resource to achieve Service Level Agreements to Key Performance Indicators at optimum cost.
- Background verification to be captured and filed for the recent employee from vendors.
- Achievement of Contracted Service Levels and Performance Indicators.
- Achievement of contracted Customer Satisfaction expectations.
- Management of resource to ensure no disruption to client business.
- Achievement of savings initiatives if any.
- Delivery of Agreed Initiatives as per Client / Jones Lang LaSalle Initiatives Road Map.
- Achievement of performance goals as agreed with manager
