Roles and Responsibilities

Develop 3D models, Design Table for various configurations using SolidWorks.

Perform 3D/2D drafting & detailing for distillation column internals products (Liquid Distributors, Liquid vapour separation products), Support Profiles, Beam, C-channels, etc. using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Draft Sight.

Study & Prepare General Arrangement (GA), Weld Attachment (WA) drawing for column of internals, separators and tray towers. Make changes according to Customer requirements and get approval for it.





Prepare fabrication/manufacturing drawings & detailing for the organizations manufacturing units in India and Globally.

Use SolidWorks weldments for different types of Feed inlet.

Prepare weight estimations, Bill of materials and hardware selection.

Work on Clients & Internal Comments for Drawings, Update on SAP-PDM at Revision or Version Status and Prepare CRS for it.

Manage Customer Documentation like HDS, MDS, etc. Prepare Documentation like Mandatory & Commissioning spare list.

Review and match project related drawings and other documents generated in SAP PDM with project scope and client requirements.

Overview drawing to satisfy Production and Clint Requirement.
