We are looking for a highly qualified Accountant Executive who is responsible for maintaining financial records and ensuring that all financial transactions are accurately recorded, analyzed, and reported.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Managing the key accounts, good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices. Also possess knowledge of Branch accounting and E-commerce related accounts.
- GSTR-3B & GSTR-1 filing after reconciliation of 2B monthly, and also verifying the Invoicing status on time for calculating the correct output liability.
- Reverse charge accounting in GST and its correct discharge while filing the monthly GST return
- Should have expert knowledge to make all type of accounting entries in Tally Prime of Purchase, Sales, Bank, Stock Journal, Manufacturing Journal, and how to generate E-Way bill & E-Invoices.




- Communicating with the Customers or their accounts team for any queries in their Ledgers from time to time along with follow ups for sorting out the concerned matter.
- Shall keep all the financial and accounting records updated related to vendors invoices, Fixed Assets Register, Expenses Voucher, Bank Statements, Ledgers, Returns and Challan, etc..

Required Experience:

The preferred candidates for this job are who have worked in CA firm/ Corporate and has experience of managing the finalization of accounts and taxation with minimum experience of 2 years.

Experience Range: 1-5 Years.

Skills:

- Highly organized and focused on the work priorities of Accounts Dept. of the company.
- Fine sense of working and theoretical knowledge of various accounting and finance software, especially Tally Prime.
- Advanced level working knowledge in MS-office for faster data preparation along with valuable drafting skills for letter to Bank/Government Authorities/Others.
- Leadership skills to guide the Associate team members and honest approach in work.
