- Have at least 12 years of experience with delivering large/complex ERP projects
- Proficient in Planning, Estimation, Risk Management, Client Interaction, Stakeholder Management, Delivery Management.
- Good knowledge of the Service Level agreements for the Workday AMS clients and experience to adhere to them using standard processes
- Good knowledge of the standard operating setups for the Workday AMS practice to ensure new client stabilization is seamless
- Incisive technical and programming skills, ability to quickly adapt to new technology, frameworks and architecture.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, leadership and coaching skills
- Worked with wide array of clients in industries including Banking, Insurance, Logistics, Manufacturing
Responsibilities
- Provide effective guidance over project scope, schedule management, issue management and risk management.
- Manage schedules, activities, project deliverables and milestones.
- Develop strong relationships with key customer contacts,



serving as their main point of contact.
- Mentor junior staff in methodology, product knowledge, and industry best practices.
- Develop standardized integration best practices for Workday Service Offering.
- Deliver exceptional value to clients as a Workday Integration subject matter expert.
- Translate business requirements into well architected Workday Integration solutions that best leverage the platform.
- Lead multiple AMS client teams through requirements gathering, design, execution and delivery.
- Lead multiple AMS client teams for onhoing BAU activities and adhere to the SLAs
- Design, implement, coordinate and support Workday integration solutions
- Be conversant with latest Workday features for integrations
- Lead conversations between client, external vendors, and internal teams to clarify requirements, update testing status, and resolve defects.
