Job Overview
Oversee all months end close processes and variance analyses ensure accuracy of financial statements and com municate results to management in a clear and timely manner. Provide analytical support to Global Finance teams and Mumbai Finance Shared Services. The expectation from the role is to close activities, monthly forecasting, annual planning/budgeting. This role provides robust business partnerships across logistics teams to ensure clarity on performance.

Job Responsibilities
40% of Time Reporting and Analysis
- Damages, Destruction and Fire sale (DDF) Analysis & Reporting
- Logistics & COGS forecasting, actuals v/s budget
- Load forecasting
- Planning, budgeting, and forecasting primarily for inventory and materials
- Variance Analysis
- Identify gap and bring standardization by recommending opportunities for enhancement
- Preparing the Inventory report for Inventory value, DOH & COGS Data
40% of Time Month end activities:
- Ensure Month end review with logs teams is conducted on time and accurate manner
- Preparing the Inventory report for Inventory value, Days of Inventory at hand (DOH) & COGS Data (preparation,



Sharing the data for Tableau update)
- Support on Spring plan
- Performing AOC for forecast and communicating variances
20% of Time Support customer/stakeholders:
- Communication with business stakeholders
- Perform data/system maintenance to support business processes and changes
- Publish scorecards and support logistics team
- Partner with business on various business development & analysis projects
- Enable process efficiency & dollar savings for business

Education
Minimum Degree Requirements: Masters
Preferred Degree Requirements: Masters
Preferred Major Area of Study: Finance, Analytics, Accounting
Required Professional Certifications: CA Inter, MBA, Finance Masters

Experience
Minimum years of related experience required: 7 years

Competencies/Behaviors required for job
- Master's in finance, CA Inter, MBA or equivalent is a must
- Strong technical finance and accounting background.
- Strong Excel and database skills, Tableau experience preferred
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and Organizational skills
- Team player and have ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization
