Job description

As part of ERP Factory team, you will be joining the Digital Transformation Information Technology (DTIT) Group, being part of the Organization that is supporting the Digital Transformation Program of the Company. As Software Engineer, you will be responsible for development and maintenance of Output Management Solution and ABAP programs in S/4 HANA and SAP ECC system of Company logistics domain. The role will involve analysis, design, coding in ABAP and application scenario testing/implementation in various functional areas like SAP WM/SD/LE. You will work in a dynamic, agile, team environment developing both on existing applications as well on the new cloud-based applications for end-to-end Logistics solutions, collaborating closely with other developers, designers, architects, internal stakeholders and customers. You'll contribute to promote great software design and quality, bringing innovation to evolve our applications, being responsible to write well designed, testable code, collaborate with end-users to find innovative solutions to problems, present ideas for system improvements.



Profile Experience Range 1-4 Years Qualification B.Tech/MCA (70 PERCENT & above) Technical Skills # Mandatory knowledge and working experience on SAP ABAP, including the new ABAP Programming Model for S/4 HANA, OOABAP, BAPI's, RFC's, ALE/IDOC's, RICEF, SMARTFORMS, ALV Grid # Secondary Skills CDS, AMDP, NetWeaver Gateway OData services, FIORI UI5, ABAP enhancements like Class Enhancements, BAdIs and User Exits. Experience in debugging SAP standard programs. # Soft Skills - Comfortable to work with multi-layered complex problems and iterative problem solving approach - Result-oriented, concrete hands-on delivery of solutions - Positive attitude and capable to build good relationship with client teams, establishing mutual trust - Comfortable with moderate risk-taking, no fear of failure, quick-fail mindset, prototyping approach - Natural team player, seeking for team spirit and team-based decisions - Open-minded and capable for deep listening of client issues and weak signals - Capable to learn quickly and adapt to upcoming new technology trends
