About the role:

DHL IT Services is accelerating the Group’s digitalization journey and evolving to become a competitive advantage for DPDHL. We have recently formed the DevSecOps Services & Digital Touchpoints department to enhance our digital solutions and develop compelling & resilient end-to-end services.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer , you will be at the center of this journey! You will configure and maintain infrastructure operations of our critical CI/CD and lifecycle platforms such as GitHub, Jenkins, Artifactory, Jira/Confluence, qTest, IBM ELM+, HP Quality Center etc., which is serving thousands of engineers within the company. You will work with a team of highly skilled and engaged professionals in multiple locations, bring new automation ideas to life and find ways we can continuously bring more resiliency, scalability, and security into our services.

Your work:

- Design & deliver automations and further stability & security improvements to our key platforms
- Support Product & Service owner with architecting a journey to increase platform resiliency (e.g. hybrid cloud)
- Support & configure and deploy infrastructure of modern DevSecOps platforms
- Monitor platform’s performance
- Communicate with our colleagues within the desired SLAs
- Document the platform capabilities for others to use it easily
- Liaise with other internal teams as needed

What will you need:

- Can-do attitude, open mindset and taking ownership
- Experience with modern hybrid cloud deployments and architectures
- Experience with automating, security or stability configurations
- Knowledge of application lifecycle or CI/CD toolsets
- Experience with application or infrastructure support
