Preparation of all comparative statement of quotation & negotiation with all vendorsAssistance to the sales team query on the product or recent inventions in the marketAssistance to the sales team on the out of scope work and vender findingPO Preparation, Approval,
Dispatch to vendor PO copy by Post or e-mail scan copyDispatch road permit to vendor for supply.Coordination for PO dispatch to vendor & customerCheck for Advance payment for PO as per terms.To actively participate in cost saving / improvement activities.To ensure proper implementation of documentation During PO Process.Report to Manager regarding any deviation & Decision making in Purchasing.Preparations of vendor rating & performance evaluationTo Maintain Master Indent records daily & weekly reportingIndent receiving & processing of purchasing
