Roles and Responsibilities
- As an Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for creating and managing multiple client outreach campaigns on our platform.
- You will work closely with other internal teams to ensure smooth business operations.
- End-to-end key metrics tracking will be a key part of your role, including a focus on SLAs and KPIs for the accounts you're working on
- You will need to analyze numbers, trends,
and data to take appropriate actions based on your findings.
- You will own the end-to-end training and onboarding of tele callers for campaigns.
- You will also manage tele callers by answering daily queries and ensuring an adequate number of leads<>callers to meet SLAs for assigned campaigns.
- You will perform daily health checks along with audit calls of all active accounts to ensure quality SLAs are delivered throughout the campaign execution cycle.
- You should be proficient in spreadsheets (gsheet, excel) and intermediate in SQL
- You should be able to learn and work with simple content creation tools like Loom and Powtoons.
To thrive in this position, an operations analyst should possess good communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a good level of proficiency in analytical thinking. They should also demonstrate a deep understanding of the core operations and exhibit a resourceful and systematic approach to problem-solving.
