You will be working as Procurement Specialist role reporting to Procurement manager at global grade 15-17 and will be part of Motion â€' Drive Motion division Business Area based in Bangalore, India. SAP Ariba supplier onboarding and education specialist supports the onboarding and successful transaction of Suppliers on the SAP Business Network. This team follows up with Suppliers to ensure that they are responding to invitations to establish network relationships, taking ownership of Supplier accounts, and ultimately transacting on the Network. The Supplier Onboarding and Education Specialist uses a digital mindset to be an outstanding champion to the Supplier throughout the enablement process. Specifically,



prepares and delivers the pre & post registration education for Suppliers and creates a positive first impression of SAP Ariba.Your responsibilities

- Understand and support master data management.
- Creation and maintenance of operational and analytical reports within the Ariba application.
- Work with end users to resolve day to day operational issues.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues as reported by Procurement team and propose corrective actions.
- Identifying functionality gaps and support the development of solutions/alternatives.
- Manage Change Requests related to Ariba issues.
- Support testing activities during project implementation.
- Support and provide guidance on reporting needs.
- Respond to requests for power user support and be available to address Tier 1 support (process support, master data, user access, user support and other non-technical issues).
- Maintain current knowledge base of solutions and work with Tier 2 and 3 support teams to facilitate technical break / fixes.
- Provide sourcing and procurement process support, best practices, and guidance as needed.
- Assist in Supplier Onboarding, which may include outbound calls or emails to Suppliers.
- Monitors and assists Supplier questions pre & post registration.
- Knows SAP Ariba Network and Supplier Enablement Automation features.
- Previous work experience on Ariba SCC processes (PO collaboration,



Forecasting, Vendor consignment, quality collaboration, Supplier Managed Inventory etc..) is an advantage.

Your background

- BE /B. Tech /B. Com with 2-8 years of experience.
- Experience in Procurement Tools (SAP Fieldglass, SAP Ariba, Coupa, eProcurement, MDG) or in Shared Service environment would be a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Procurement and Interest in developing career in Procurement & Logistics related functions.
- Proficient in business English (B2) required. Second language is a robust plus.
- Tool integration experience would be a strong plus.
- Procurement platform configurations/data uploads experience would be a robust plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must have good Analytical, Troubleshooting skills.
- Experience in tool improvements would be a strong benefit.
