Job description

Project Management Office (PMO), Construction APAC is a newly formed department, formed to provide support to project construction and ensure standardised best practice is applied during construction. Responsibilities Collect, check and input into SAP all relevant Non Conformity (NC) information from project sites Define the required task to rectify the NC including identification and supply of spare parts, materials, tooling, logistics and work orders Monitor the status of spare part, tooling and materials supply required to address the NC from order until shipment to site Coordinate the shipping of materials, tools and spares including logistics and customs in cooperation with Supply Chain Logistics Procure external services to resolve the NC including selecting,



obtaining and preparing offers and coordination of external teams to resolve NC's Support Project and Site Managers to coordinate and resolve punch lists and support the handover to the Service team Support the Project and Site Managers to implement relevant Wind Technical Retrofit Instructions (WTR's), order necessary parts, coordinate shipment and implementation Preparation of required NC reports In your role you will work closely with Project Site teams, Construction Managers, Technical Advisers, Project Managers, Engineers, Global Supply Chain and Nacelle Quality teams, Project Coordinators and Vestas' clients and customers Qualifications Degree in a related field (e.g. Bachelor of Engineering) ASQ certification. (ISO 9001) 2 years of experience working with quality systems. Competencies Know the supply chain process Know business stakeholders' requirements & expectations Proficiency in quality management systems and Microsoft Office.
