Are you an organized and meticulous individual with a track record of scrupulously managing the inventory, delivery, and shipment of company assets? Do you have extensive experience communicating and coordinating logistical needs with clients and vendors? We are hiring a dynamic, meticulous individual who can excel in a fast-paced environment and confidently handle large amounts of shipping information and data. If this sounds like you, then you might be Fivesky’s next Logistics Specialist.

Who you are:

- 3+ years of experience working in a similar role in a rapid-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Proficient in Excel, especially the V-lookup function.
- Experienced in tracking, logging, and reporting large volumes of data.
- An extremely detail-oriented individual that meticulously checks their work to prevent making any mistakes.
- Confident and effective communicator with experience coordinating with vendors and clients.
- Task-oriented individual who isn’t afraid to follow up with various personas, tracking down key stakeholders independently.

What you will do:

- Assist the Sales Operations department with all shipments and assets.




- Track, log, and report shipment updates and serial numbers in vendor portals/databases.
- Coordinate deliveries, shipments, and quotes with shipping vendors and freight vendors.
- Serve as the point of contact for all shipping-related needs and inquiries.

It would be awesome if you had the following:

- Experience in delivery and shipment management. Specifically the tracking, logging, and reporting of shipment information.
- Salesforce experience.
- Experience working with freight forwarders.
- Inventory and database management.
- Basic knowledge of firewalls.
