KAHHAK is looking for a Logistics Associe to provide quality service to our Creamery, Bakery and Fine dine as well. You will be responsible for planning and executing logistics programmes, including designing supply chains and facilities, executing warehouse and transportation operations, processing orders and managing inventory on behalf of customers.

Job Description of Logistics Associe:

• Managing temperature sensitive logistics planning.
• Internal Audit- A skilled internal auditor, have expertise on Process Audit, compliance audit, vendor audit.
• Line Haul audit- Vehicle inspection, Vehicle vendor inspection, process gap identification and resolution.
• Process gap identification and resolution- strengthening operations.
• Risk assessments to prevent failure modes.
• Cost reduction- Fraud analysis and prevention.
• Expertise on organizational or customer fraud identification and prevention.
• Training- Training content creation, own the charter of Training module creation and train new joiners, Training to the ground employees and assess them on a regular basis.
• Identifying SOP deviation and provide input to design team to build SOPs.




• Analysis of gaps and issues and presenting to higher authorities.
• Monthly target planning for the team and chasing for achievement.
• Operation management- Floor management, People management.
• Inbound & outbound logistics, vehicle connection management.
• Customer excellence, Governance and compliance.
• Reverse Logistics- Raising effective stock movement requests with stores and ensuring physical stock movement takes place as per process.
• Process adherence & vigilance during stock intake & report back, highlight any deviation immediately to the stakeholders.
• End to end coordination with brands for repair/replacement/RTV.
• End to end coordination with CRM for RSO.
• Inventory management- from GRN to liquidation, taking care of all successive procedures to keep material moving.
• Stock liquidation- to enhance the holding capacity.
• Ensure proper paper work and filing.
• Inventory hygiene maintain- through audits.
• Insurance claim for transit defective products.
• Warehouse infrastructure maintain.
• Max utilization of available resources with proper scheduling of work with explicit guideline to the team.
• Purchase,



Sales & Sales amendment, Sales Return & Damage Claim process
• Preparation of vendors and customers aging report.
• Invoice preparation. Free issue invoice
• Reconciliation of all vendors'/customers ledger & Scrutiny of all G/L accounts.
• Banking & Outstanding follow up and Vendor Payment.
• Process all distributors value claims, free material issues as per company policy time to time.
• Process Travel expenses of sales team as per guidelines of company policy.
• Cheque banking for distributors on time without delay.
• Customer Opening & make full & final settlement in case of any distributor's resignation and process documentation to open SAP code in case of appointment of new distributors.
• Transit Shortage/Damage Accounting.
• Handling bills payment accounting of material supplier, service provider, transporter & all expenses.
• Preparation of various stock reports as required by Sales Tax, Excise, Bank, etc.
• Generation/Cancellation/Utilization of E-waybill and all other forms related to Sales Tax department.
• Others various types of Reports for RM/ASM & Commercial team.
