Job Role:
Need to handle ops team and to get the daily updates on ops part
Need to monitor the daily wise business operations
Ensure the smoothening in operations
Should have good no.of vendors or transporters contact
Need to ensure the vehicle placement as per the sales team requirements
Need to interact with customers in regular intervals and need to act as per their feedback and suggestion
Skills required
Must possess good communication skills,
with emphasis on the ability to effectively produce and distribute information across different units within and outside the firm
Good leadership qualities are of utmost importance
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and also to lead a team when the opportunity arises
Excellent analytical skills
Good time management abilities
