Coach & train Sales Management & Account Managers on ON!Track Pre-selection & Management Meetings Work with Area Sales Manager and Sales Account Manager to build ON!Track pipeline in the assigned territory Play role of product expert and process consultant by performing the onsite analysis, opportunity demonstration & and management decision meetings to acquire ON!Track Contracts Play the leading role in change management topics like users adoption, competency & commitment during the implementation & care of the new ON!Track contracts Collaborate with Implementation & Care Executives team to steer the progress of existing contracts, care & grow customers to self-regulate usage and further driving retention of existing ON!Track contracts Generate software, hardware & service revenue to achieve ON!Track targets from the assigned territories Support launch of new products and features to team members and customers by acquainting them with features, benefits and solution functionality Who is Hilti? What you need is Sales or Business Development experience 4-5 Years minimum Consultative selling experience. Able to sell concepts like total cost of ownership and connect customer needs with solution offerings Excellent communication & interpersonal skills to interact with C-suite Executives in customer organization Strong interest & knowledge about technical software & service solutions Software / solution selling preferred but not a must.
