Purpose of the role Stefanini is looking to hire a Talent Acquisition Specialist, who will be part of a highly skilled global recruiting team working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions for EMEA locations. Must have prior experience working in European and UK market. As an IT Recruiter you will be focusing on delivering successful end-to-end recruitment projects as well as participating in client relationship management.



Key Responsibilities You will evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers You"ll perform active search throughout the main recruitment channels as well as identifying new ones You"ll interview applicants on a consistent set of qualifications and compare their qualifications to the job requirements You will assess the project needs and you"ll build a suitable, customer-focused recruitment strategy You will refer applicants to the hiring managers in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate You will work closely with the Development, Management and Support teams to deliver high quality recruitment services to our customers Job Requirements Details Requirements 1-3 years of professional experience in actively recruiting technical profiles Excellent communication and relationship building skills with proven ability to overcome candidate objections tactfully to Ability to facilitate a robust, consultative approach between candidates and hiring leaders. Excellent knowledge or sourcing methods and techniques; proven LinkedIn search skills, and ability to achieve high volume hiring results. Strong PC skills Word, Internet, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), prospect management tools, sourcing channel software and social media. Fluent English.
