KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

END-TO-END RECRUITMENT:

- Responsible for the entire recruitment process across all levels for all group of companies.
- Sourcing, shortlisting and taking tests of suitable profiles.
- After completing the assessment, schedule the interview with the Head of the
Departments.
- Finalizing remuneration, conducting background verification and generating offer letter.

HR OPERATIONS:-

- Responsible for complete HR Operations involved in employee life cycle starting from induction process, KRA and KPI Systems, Appraisal, and Increment, Disciplinary actions, exit formalities, etc.
- Generating PF, ESIC, and MLWF accounts if applicable.
- Active participation and coordination for Training and Development, Performance Reviews.

PAYROLL AND COMPLIANCE:

- Attendance and leave management.

- Completing payroll operations, PF, ESIC, MLWF calculations, and Sales Incentives calculation if applicable.
- Coordination with Consultant for PF and ESIC challan.
- Processing the claims for PF withdrawals, Personal Accident Policy, and Mediclaim Policy if any.

HR POLICIES AND PROCEDURES:

- Drafting and developing various HR policies and procedures as per requirement and amendments.
- Ensuring proper communication, training and implementation of the same.
