This position requires candidates to possess or demonstrate: Excellent technical & functional configuration knowledge and demonstrated proficiency for Procurement master data, business processes and analytics
Prior experience in SAP Source to Pay, inclusive of Spend Analytics, Guided Buying, and Collaborative Supply Chain & Procurement Materials Management and Vendor Invoice management

Ability to create and execute outcomeoriented strategies and build/sustain meaningful business relationships

Requirements: Lead solution design, system configuration, testing, and delivery of best in class capabilities related to the Digital Core program supporting various Procurement modules
Design IT solutions for Enterprise scale supporting Procurement business processes in alignment with the company's strategic vision
Hands on SAP Configuration experience with considerations for Enterprise Master Data structures, Purchase Order Types, Output types, Listing & Exclusions
Create functional specification documents that require development of WRICEF (Workflow Reports Interfaces Conversion Enhancement and Form) objects.
Operate in close partnership with the IT and business communities, subject matter experts, external consultants, cross functional teams, addons, etc.
Prepare for and support operational readiness and production cutover efforts with HyperCare support.
Advises business partners on the implications of standard or new SAP solutions that can be applied to a problem.
Desired skills / expertise Minimum of years configuration experience in SAP S/4 HANA Source to Pay, Procurement, Materials Management
SAP S/4 HANA global implementation experience or equivalent next generation business transformation implementation.
Participated in three or more full cycle global SAP implementations,



with a focus on business transformation with best in class analytics
Indepth knowledge of SAP business processes with cross functional integration knowledge
Experience in creating/ reviewing functional specifications for custom enhancements
Solid analytical and problemsolving skills
Robust oral and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with internal business, technical, and external consulting teams
Ability to work independently in a fastpaced environment
Ability to manage projects and teams
Collaborate across business and IT disciplines to achieve successful implementations in a global context
Ability to work under time constraints while meeting critical milestones.
Able to manage independently all phases of a significant project or initiative.
