Job Description :

Initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring and closure of projects which provide connectivity solutions to automotive OEM's. Aligning projects with business goals, work with stakeholders to gather the project requirements and initiating the development plan with the selection of project life cycle. Ensuring that the projects remain on time, within budget and the internal team members achieve their milestones. Keep team informed about the project milestone and assist team to keep three constraints project on scope, schedule, and cost i.e. project baseline Controlling project timing, task sequencing, budget and maintaining schedules of all the project activities Leading CTM meetings to evaluate progress, review milestones and keep a check on budget and engineering hours Ensuring customer satisfaction by minimizing uncertainty and maintaining customer involvement in the project as much as reasonably possible Maintaining transparent reports and necessary documentation of project history, completion/non-completion of tasks, members involvement, and lessons learnt for future projects Helping sales engineers and account managers in maintaining project milestones, deliverables, sample requirements,



execution of project and PAC presentations and deliverables for the new opportunities Working with customers and production team to ensure satisfactory hand-over of project and related project closure tasks Creation of Minutes of Meeting and tracking of Open Points with various departments Coordination with various related department (design/production/Planners) for on time delivery of product to the customer.
