Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer – Accounts Payable – Quality Check for Invoice Processing, Help Desk and Vendor Master
We are looking for professionals with Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing /Accounting/ERP experience to perform Quality Check and report out on accuracy defects, root cause analysis and way forward.
Responsibilities
• Setting up Quality check process across Invoice Processing, Helpdesk & Vendor Master activities
• Maintaining & reporting Quality trackers for the customer
• Maintaining error log, suggesting improvement steps & implementing control points
• Resource should have attention to detail and strong analytical & problem solving abilities
• Make sure the internal compliance policy and guideline established by the management on their daily operational activities
• Perform daily internal audit to ensure all Invoices / queries are balanced as per the guidelines
Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications
• Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
• Relevant work experience
• Decent English language skills (verbal and written)
Preferred qualifications
• Experience in Audit
