Summary:
Crosslands Life Sciences Limited is looking forward to appointing a Human Resources Manager who will be responsible to lead and manage the human resources as well as the recruitment team. As a department head, the individual shall be responsible to ensure smooth and effective functioning of the department and will require close coordination with the top management team to develop policies and strategies related to human resources and recruitment. The individual shall also be responsible for the successful implementation of the policies and strategies throughout the organization and ensure that all HR needs of the company are aligned with the company’s objectives. In-depth knowledge of HR-related market trends and laws is imperative.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Managing the Human Resources
- Develop plans and policies for matters such as employee compensation, benefits, health etc.
- Develop and implement strategies for performance evaluation, staffing, training, development, etc.
- Oversee all the HR activities, initiatives, systems,
and tactics.
- Maintain and coordinate all activities within the HR department.
- Ensure compliance with all internal policies and standards.
- Ensure grievance redressal and invoke disciplinary actions when required.
- Analyze data and report to the top management team.
- Develop policies to curb absenteeism and employee turnover.
- Managing Staffing and Recruitment Process
- Analyzes open positions and create strategies for talent acquisition.
- Serve as a coach and an expert facilitator for the selection and interviewing process.
- Creation of talent pool and expert in candidate nurturing.
- Monitor both sourcing and staffing processes to achieve deadlines.
- Monitor, analyze and supervise staffing team performance.
- Coordination with recruitment agencies as and when required.
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources from an institution of repute or its equivalent
- 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources including Employee Relations, Talent Management, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and at least 5 years of experience in a commercial Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences organization.
- Sufficient knowledge of MS Office.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work against tight deadlines
