1. Attendance preparation and process for salary of all sites.

2. Recruitment in all sites at Gujarat.

3. Preparation of all compliance documents required to clients with help of HO Hr.

4. Document submission required along with Invoices to client.

5. Facing monthly, Quarterly, Half yearly, Yearly Audits at Client.

6.



Bridge between HO and Site Staff and Client for Invoice.

7. All Support to Cluster manager and Site staff.

8. Resolve employees queries at all site.

9. UN and ESIC number generation for recent employees at all sites.

10. Record keeping of all compliance documents.

11. Office in charge for regional office.

Reporting to:- at regional level to cluster manager and in HO HR to Sr. manager HR.
