A leading Professional training company in the Learning & Development domain is looking to hire an HR Generalist for their office in Fort, Mumbai.About the company They provide World-Class Online & In-Person Professional Development Training to different businesses and help them to enhance their existing training modules or suggest the best learning/training solution.Part of a larger US based entity, headquartered in Mumbai, they have been in the business for almost 20 years with operations in Bengaluru & Delhi as well.Role Independent role As an HR generalist, you will have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation.Reporting directly to the CMD Work type Hybrid (2 days WFO)Location Fort, MumbaiTotal experience as a Senior Human Resource manager 8-14 yearsEducation PGD / Masters degree Human Resources or relevant field (Essential),Additional HR training will be a plus. Job OverviewYour role as an HR Generalist will be far from one-dimensional.



The goal is to ensure the HR departments operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization.You will be responsible to support the business in navigating change through effective OD interventionsYou will be responsible to facilitate organization effectiveness by continuously assessing competence, instilling commitment and building a vibrant cultureYou will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and crafting HR policies. ResponsibilitiesConsult with Leadership team and provide daily HR guidance.Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings.Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experienceCreate Onboarding plans for new hires, conduct employee onboarding, and coordinate employee development plansDevelop and execute engagement strategy that will enhance retentionRequirements & SkillsProven experience as an HR GeneralistEfficient HR administration and people management skills.Excellent record-keeping skills.An understanding of B2B consultative sales is a valuable to haveAn understanding of L&D; is plus/good to haveRecruitment of trainers on a continuous basis is a good to have skillet.Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices.Good knowledge of employment/labour lawsExperience in handling contract / gig workforceSuperb computer literacy with capability in email, MS Office and related HR softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skills
