Job Role:

· Technical IT Recruitment.

· Recruitment for our in-house Technical (IT/EC) staff Hyderabad locations as per the timelines.

· Sourcing and screening resumes, Head hunting.

· Conduct interviews via phone or in-person.





· Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews.

· Serve as contact person for questions from candidates liaising with interviewers and following up on the interview process status.

· Engaging with shortlisted and prospective candidates.

· Keeping the selected candidates warm till Joining Negotiate compensation, extend offers, and solicit referrals.

· Maintain database and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.

· Previous experience with any HRM software is a must

Required Skills:

· 2-4 Years of experience over all

· Any Bachelors / Masters (bachelors or masters in computers will be preferred)

· Relevant experience of at-least 2 years in IT recruiting at all levels from junior executive to senior level positions.

· Excellent Communication Skills

· Strong work ethics and sense of commitment

· Ability to work in a faced paced environment

· Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Self-Driven & Result orientation
