you will use your knowledge and experience with Employee Central to help SBM HR community solve the most pressing issues facing their HR function today by Being the guarantor of the appropriate configuration of SuccessFactors employee central for the Group Ensuring Support to HRIS Projects or End Users in terms SAP SuccessFactors Configuration improvement, Data setup, Business Rules, etc. Ensuring System Setup consistency across SAP SuccessFactors modules Managing Mass Data changes (import/Export) Leading the relationship with IT team to manage Data Interfaces between SuccessFactors and third-party systems Working closely with HR Process owners to deliver Business expectations within SAP Successfactors Employee Central Enjoying the opportunity to forge solid relationships with both the client and project team that will contribute to your growth and development the team Profile Required 5 years of experience configuring and implementing SAP/SuccessFactors Employee Central with at least 2 full life cycle SuccessFactors implementations Strong functional knowledge of the SuccessFactors system, specifically in Employee Central and Compensation At least one project leading the Employee Central workstream for the FLC implementation, driving your team to meet deadlines and ensure quality deliverables and service HRIS Project Manager Experience in Module implementation or Data Interface
