We are looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our team and support our hiring needs. As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to fill open positions in various departments. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide them with a pool of qualified candidates. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong understanding of the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and select candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and referrals.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements of the position.

Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates, evaluate their skills and experience, and provide recommendations to hiring managers.

Coordinate with hiring managers to make job offers and negotiate compensation packages.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information, including resumes, interview notes, and feedback from hiring managers.





Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruiting and hiring.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

At least 1-2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficient in using recruiting software and applicant tracking systems.

Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
