Job description

Manage the recruitment and hiring process for the organization, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.Maintain positive employee relations within the organization, handling employee grievances, conducting employee surveys, and addressing any concerns or issues that employees may have.Identify training and development needs within the organization and develop training programs to meet those needs,



including providing orientation for new employees and ongoing training and development for existing employees.Manage the organization's compensation and benefits programs, including setting compensation levels, administering employee benefits, and managing the organization's payroll process.Manage the organization's performance management process, including setting performance goals, conducting performance evaluations, and providing feedback and coaching to employees.Ensure that the organization is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR, including managing employee records, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring that the organization is following all labor laws and regulations.
