Job Description1. Resourcing , Screening and short listing resumes through various portals (Timesjob etc.) and mails.2. Conducting the telephonic and personal interviews with clients.3. Coordinating and scheduling candidates for interview4. Coordinating with client during interviews5. Maintaining trackers of recruitment drives6. Giving timely feedback to candidates, helping them in VISA process.7. Explaining the offer letter and also negotiating for the salary as required.
