Job description:

Assistant Manager: Project Management

Job Profile: - Shouldering the responsibilities in the area of project management as below:
- Plan and supervise activities for small to medium size projects.
- Initiate and lead project planning activities such as scope definition and manage Risk & Issues.
- Create and maintain a project schedule for each project.
- Control and track project performance Schedule / Cost / Scope.
- Reporting project status on a weekly basis to management and the project team.
- Resolving and documenting issues / Risks of Projects
- Coordinate with other departments to identify and monitor issues, impacts and
Dependencies
- Manage communication on the project through meetings, as needed to resolve project
Issues and timely reporting




- Build relationships with all functional areas

Experience: - Should be currently working in Bank and should have better knowledge about the banking sector with 2-4 years of experience

Attributes:
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Crisp communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build consensus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel
- Good Organizational abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build relations

Desirable: Familiarization with project management tools like MS Project.
