What you will be doing

· Interact with client and other business stakeholders to perform requirement gathering.

· Functional analysis of the requirement and solution.

· Preparation of approach/solution document

· Provide functional inputs on a client issue.

· Conduct demos and training for customers.

· Functional mentoring of other BA, development, and QA team members

· Perform functional validation of new development.





· Analyse current integrations and suggest improvements.

· Co-ordinate with product management to decide roadmap for various Front Arena components.

· Provide functional inputs for documentation.

What you bring:

Knowledge / Experience

· Bachelors or master’s degree in Finance or related from a reputed institute.

· Financial certifications like CFA/ FRM

· 8+ Years of relevant industry experience as a business analyst/domain consultant

· Strong functional knowledge of various asset classes, trade life cycles, and valuation models

· Knowledge of Bloomberg, MarketMap, Reuters, MarkitWire

· Knowledge of FpML, FIX, TOF, SWIFT, etc. protocols

· Exposure to European exchanges like SAX, XETRA, EUREX, LIFFE etc. will be an added advantage.

Additional Notes –

· Back-office experience – general ledger, accounting, settlements, confirmation, etc.

· Proven aptitude in business analysis.

· Ability to quickly understand complex technical/functional matters and communicate them succinctly.

· A solid understanding of financial markets and electronic trading platforms.

· Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

· Self-motivated, strong teamwork skills, and ability to work without close supervision.

· Customer oriented, result oriented and well-organized.
