About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Associate.
This role is part of a Global Delivery team that provides support for U.S. and international HR processes, and key stakeholders will predominantly be U.S. HR business partners. This role reports to the Global Delivery leader for HR India and the Philippines. In this role, you will be responsible for using a variety of HR tools and systems to process employee data record changes and provide customer service support to managers in relation to HR activities being processed to support staffing changes.
Human Resources develops and implements our 'team members, candidates, and operational' strategies to support Wells Fargo's business objectives. This group manages compensation and perks, human resource service centers, systems and payroll, team member relations and assistance, talent management, learning and development, and recruiting. This role is part of the Human Resources Operations group and services the displacement team. Responsibilities of this role include:

In this role, you will:

- Ensures task completion according to established timelines.
- Plays an active role in operational aspects of the work, including data gathering, analysis, audit, quality check, processing and oversight of other work including start to finish of displacement delivery tasks.
- Create team member rosters for displacement activity
- Review an approved business case
- Execution of the selection process
- Provide guidance to managers and raters on selection
- Compile selection results
- Submit Preliminary Selection Results Form for creation of packet materials for displaced team members




- Provide guidance to managers on notifying impacted team members
- Deliver packets for Newly Eligible Team Members
- Consult with HR Consulting Partner/HR Business Partner and Employee Relations
- Participate in planning and executing a variety of programs, services, and initiatives, and monitor key indicators to ensure effective performance and control management of assigned operations or business groups
- Review basic initiatives including policy or process changes, process improvements, technology enhancements, and conduct regular reviews to identify efficiencies and cost savings opportunities
- Receive direction from leaders and exercise independent judgement while developing an understanding of policies and procedures, best practices, and initiatives
- Collaborate and consult with mid-level managers or cross-functional business partners
- Provide work direction toless experiencedStrategy and Execution staff

Required Qualifications, International:

- Experience in Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 6+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations, or strategic planning.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) skills, specifically Excel
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality

- Experience consulting with internal clients and business

Job Expectations:

- This role is accountable to work night shift up to 2:00am IST
- Flexibility to work different shifts
