Job Responsibilities

1. To abide by the Mission statement of the hotel, the department and the respective section
2. To prepare duty roster.
3. To ensure reservation diary is properly maintained and group reservations are properly taken.
4. To ensure periodic stocktaking and proper control and records of the same.
5. To ensure that daily statement of covers is compiled and passed to the Accounts.
6. To assist Restaurant Manager and Food & Beverage Manager in Sales Promotion, whenever required.
7. To assign the stations and tables to Catering Assistant, Stewards.
8. To maintain departmental attendance register.
9. To check hygiene and grooming standards of all Restaurant/Outlet staff and corrects any shortcomings.
10. To maintain hygiene in the Restaurant/Outlet and to ensure that it is properly cleaned prior to service and air conditioning and lights are working properly.
11. To ensure that par stock of cutlery, crockery, glassware, tableware, condiments, and other dry goods are properly maintained.
12. To be responsible for staff training and development.
13. To ensure quality in all aspects of the job, both within the staff and in their jobs.

To handle responsibilities for complying with Government legislations
15. To adhere to personal grooming as per standards laid down by the hotel and always be clean shaven.
16. To ensure that uniform is clean and well ironed.

1. Adherence to the guidelines mentioned in the TPAM and TCOC and thorough adherence to the IT etiquettes is to be followed.
2. To always adhere to personal grooming as per the standards laid down by the hotel and maintain high standards of grooming.

19.To perform such duties and observe and conform to such directions and instructions as may be assigned or communicated to you by the company or by such officers who are placed in authority over you. Job Requirements
