Assistant Manager - Outlet

What you will be doing:
- Responsible for guest satisfaction and follow Sofitel service standards and service culture.
- Deals skilfully during all guest interaction.
- Monitors and supervises flow of service at the assigned station in the Restaurant
- Briefs personnel on preparations,
service and content of menu items
- Reports records of Sales, guest complaints, solutions and all concerns pertaining to personnel or equipment to manager
- Maintain standards of hygiene for food handling and presentation
- Motivates team and gave valuable feedback for improvement.
- Built commitment and inspire team to do the best job possible.
Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Matric/Grade 12
3 years Management experience in Food & Beverage of which at least 1 years must be in a Senior Management capacity, overseeing a 5 Star multiple outlet
Hotel School Diploma or University Degree directly related to F&B; required.
Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Micros POS and Fidelio Materials Control. Opera Sales & Catering knowledge will be an added advantage.
Positive understanding of all finance disciplines including menu costing, income statement analysis, sales analysis, etc.
Excellent communication skills required.
Shift work is an operational requirement.
