Job Description – InterMedics Healthcare LLP

We are a healthcare solutions company, offering diverse product portfolio in Medical Devices for the last 30 years and currently have 16 office pan India. We are the authorized all India distributor for various big international companies.

Responsibilities and Duties

Tender Executive / Field Administration Staff (FAS)

Job Description:

- Searching online tenders related to our business and uploading the said tenders on sites and all relevant paperwork
- Keep track on tender status / EMDs /etc...
- All work related to the Medical tender
- Assisting the Sales Person with paper work required to do with Govt. Institute.
- Liasioning and Communicating and meeting with the customers for tender
- Good knowledge of Excel / Work / writing emails / govt tenders
- Handling all tenders related work in coordination with sales team & All India branches
- Sales Administration & MIS
- Payment collection & follow up




- Job may involve travel at some times as per tender requirement

Experience: 3 to 6 years

Keywords:

1) Computer literacy with respect to all MS Office Applications and Excel

2) Experience in dealing with payment collection in healthcare industry

Location: Khar rd, Mumbai

Qualification - Any Graduate

We are 6 days working - Mon - Fri - 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM & Sat 9:30 AM to 3:00 PM
