Requirements:

Graduation/ Background in healthcare related education will be preferred

1. Must Have experience in Portea Home Healthcare.
2. Excellent communication skills are crucial. Principal Duties.
3. Call on the data and convert it into sales.
4. Create new client base for the organization.
5. Attending to the inbound calls and converting them into sales.
6. Schedule appointments for patients/clients.
7. Answer telephone promptly and in a polite and professional manner.
8. Obtain and enter accurate demographic information into the CRM (address, telephone number, name of insurance or self-pay status etc.)
9. Schedule appointment correctly - review appointment date, time, location, and provider name with caller.
