Job Overview

TE Connectivity's Engineering Project Management Teams manage cross functional engineering projects. They work with Product Management, Sales, Quality, Manufacturing, Finance, and other functions across TE to assure projects meet financial, schedule and customer expectations. They are responsible for defining and creating project schedules, portfolio management, communication and execution of programs, identifying resource constraints and working with management for resolution, while adhering to LeanPD processes.

Responsibilities:

- Project management for Compliance activities in medical devices
- To act as a liaison among Project management, Product management and Quality department for Compliance activities for products like Catheters, connectors & cable harnesses working with multiple sites across globe and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Responsible to present and lead discussions during global senior leadership meetings
- Responsible for planning and tracking schedule/ timeline, highlighting/ escalating risks to right stakeholders
- To handle conflicts and come up with resolution during critical situation
- To carry out any other reasonable tasks as may be requested from time to time
- To coordinate with the compliance team on region-specific compliance requirement
- Properly document and internally communicate all technical discoveries, inventions,
- and intellectual property. Maintain confidential and proprietary information and communications as property o

Candidate Desired Profile:

- Expertise in region-specific Compliance requirement (RoHS, REACH, EU-MDR and others)
- Hands on experience in Project management tools
- Knowledge of ISO13485 Quality Management System
- Prior experience in Medical / Healthcare devices
- Good decision making and communication skills
- Experience in handling Global counterparts
- Good Problem solving and Analytical Skills.
- Self-motivated and committed to achieve timelines per schedule
- 9 to 12 years of experience and at least 4+ years in Compliance and Project management.
- B.E/Tech Mechanical Engineering
